Edit a customer's details or CIS treatment
What does this do?
Edit details changes a saved customer's contact details and, for contractors, the CIS and VAT treatment the till should assume on their jobs.
How to use it
- From the ☰ menu choose CRM and tap the customer.
- Press Edit details.
- Change Name, Billing address, Email, Phone or Notes.
- For a contractor, tick CIS customer and set Normal VAT treatment, CIS deduction rate and CIS notes. The till uses these when you confirm CIS & VAT treatment on a sale.
- Press Save. The same window has Delete if the record is a duplicate.
