PlanIt EPOS · Customer Portal
Choose which portal sections a customer can see
This guide is awaiting review — the steps may change.
What does this do?
Each portal login has its own list of sections. You can hide any of them for one customer, lock the login temporarily or switch it off completely, all from their trade account on the till.
How to use it
- From the ☰ menu choose Accounts and open the customer's trade account. The till must be signed in to the cloud.
- In the portal panel, find Section access. Untick any section you do not want this customer to see: account, invoices, statements, orders, quotes, payments, documents, history, returns or messages.
- Press Save permissions. The section vanishes from the customer's menu the next time they open the portal. The Dashboard is always shown.
- To pause access without deleting anything, tick Locked. To switch the login off, untick Enabled. Both take effect immediately and can be reversed the same way.
- The panel also shows when the customer last signed in and any failed sign-in attempts.
