See your most and least profitable jobs

What does this do?

The Management tab turns your saved quote history into a business view: your best and worst jobs, margin by product type and revenue month by month. Use it to spot what to sell more of and what to re-price.

How to use it

  1. From the sidebar choose More → Reports (or open step 6 · Profit Check).
  2. Press the 🏢 Management tab.
  3. 🏆 Top 5 Most Profitable lists your best saved quotes by gross profit.
  4. ⚠️ Bottom 5 — Review Required lists the thinnest margins. Open those jobs and check the rates before quoting similar work again.
  5. 📦 Margin by Product Type compares carpet, vinyl, LVT and the rest so you can see which flooring pays.
  6. 📅 Monthly Revenue Trend shows revenue across the months from your saved quotes.

Save to History keeps a snapshot of each quote's revenue, cost, gross profit and margin so you can look back at them side by side. The saved list also feeds the Management dashboard.

Every quote files itself as a job the moment you calculate it. Jobs shows them all by stage, from Lead through Quote Sent, Deposit Paid and Scheduled to Completed and Aftercare, with the quote versions, documents and full history behind each one.

Try what-if prices without changing the quote

The What-If tab lets you play with material and labour rates, waste and area and see the projected profit straight away. Nothing you type here changes the real quote.
