Save a quote to history and compare past quotes
What does this do?
Save to History keeps a snapshot of each quote's revenue, cost, gross profit and margin so you can look back at them side by side. The saved list also feeds the Management dashboard.
How to use it
- Open step 6 · Profit Check with the quote calculated.
- Press 💾 Save to History at the top of the page. A toast confirms the quote is saved.
- Press the 📋 History tab to see 📋 Quote History: customer, date, revenue, cost, gross profit, margin, area and room count for each saved quote.
- The summary boxes above the list show Quotes Today, Pipeline Revenue, Avg GP Margin and Total Quotes.
- To start again, press 🗑 Clear All in the History header (this only clears the saved snapshots, not your estimates).
