Find a completed, collected, delivered or cancelled order

What does this do?

Orders marked Collected, Delivered, Completed or Cancelled file themselves out of the day-to-day list so it only shows live jobs. Nothing is deleted: the Filed away view keeps every one.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose Customer Orders.
  2. Press Filed away at the top. The button shows how many orders are filed.
  3. Use the search box to find the customer, product or order number.
  4. Tap an order to open it. To bring it back into the live list, change its Status and press Save order.
  5. Press ‹ Current orders to return to the live list.

An order holds every product line for the job, the supplier and their reference, when the goods are expected, when they actually arrived, and what the customer still owes. Picking a product from the catalogue fills in the price and supplier for you.
